RecoveryNow does not own, operate, or control the services provided by recovery drivers or garages listed on the platform. All services are performed solely by independent Providers who are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, qualifications, and equipment.
While RecoveryNow aims to verify Providers during registration, the platform cannot guarantee the quality, safety, timing, or legality of any recovery or repair services offered. Customers are encouraged to verify details directly with Providers before authorising any work.
2. Limitation of Liability
RecoveryNow shall not be held liable for:
- Any damages, delays, or losses resulting from Provider actions or omissions.
- Service dissatisfaction, mechanical faults, or subsequent vehicle issues.
- Injury, property damage, or indirect losses arising from service interactions.
3. User Acknowledgment
By using the app, all users agree that RecoveryNow's role is strictly as an intermediary platform facilitating communication and payments between Customers and Providers.
