1. Introduction

Welcome to RecoveryNow, a digital platform connecting vehicle owners ("Customers") with recovery drivers, mechanics, and garages ("Service Providers").

By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 18 years old to use RecoveryNow.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• RecoveryNow may update or modify the app at any time.

3. Our Role

• RecoveryNow acts solely as a technology platform to connect Customers with independent Service Providers.
• We do not own, operate, or control any recovery or mechanical services.
• All services are performed directly by independent Service Providers.

4. Payments and Fees

• Payments for recovery or mechanical services are processed securely through Stripe.
• Recovery Drivers may set their own service prices.
• RecoveryNow applies a 10% commission on each transaction.
• Garages pay a subscription of €49.99/month (VAT included).
• Recovery Drivers pay €19.99/month, with the first 3 months free.
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

• Must hold valid licenses, insurance, and certifications as required by Irish law.
• Must provide services safely, professionally, and promptly.
• Are fully responsible for the quality of their work and customer interactions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Must provide accurate vehicle and location details.
• Must ensure payment for completed services.
• Acknowledge that RecoveryNow does not provide the actual roadside or mechanical service.

7. Disputes

Disputes between Customers and Service Providers should first be resolved directly.

If a resolution cannot be reached, RecoveryNow may assist in communication but is not liable for service quality, damage, or loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

RecoveryNow is not responsible for:

• Delays, damages, or losses resulting from third-party services.
• Injuries or accidents occurring during recovery or repair.
• Unavailable or malfunctioning app features.

RecoveryNow's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for use of the app in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Data and Privacy

• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• RecoveryNow uses Stripe for payment processing and may share relevant data with them securely.

10. Account Termination

RecoveryNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or misuses the platform.

11. Updates to Terms

RecoveryNow may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in Irish courts.
